Financial Information

Scrilli School is a private Child Development Center which relies on tuition and fees, fundraising and donations in order to meet its financial obligations. Because others rely on us to pay in a timely manner for the goods and services that the Scrilli School uses, we appreciate parents being prompt with the payment of agreed upon tuition and fees.


Tuition Plans and Payment Policy

The Scrilli School offers three tuition payment options to families of our students. The school year runs August – June. In order for us to meet our own financial commitments, parents are asked to follow the plan they have agreed to.

  • Children ages 2 to 3 years old$854.55 monthly rate; $427.27 bi-weekly rate.
  • Children ages 4 to 5 years old$747.72 monthly rate;  $373.86 bi-weekly rate.
  • (NOTE: Tuition fee may have changed. Please call Scrilli School to confirm.)

Tuition may be paid either bi-weekly or monthly.  Checks payable to CARMELITE SISTERS.  All payments are expected in advance of the week your child is in class.

Cash, personal checks, or money orders may be used to pay tuition. There is a $35.00 service fee charge for each returned check.

Full payment is still required when a child is absent from class due to illness. However, if a child is absent for two weeks or more, the tuition is reduced 50%.

A written notice is required 14 days prior to withdrawing a child from the school. A fee of $250.00 is charged for notification less than 14 days from the child’s withdrawal.

There is a 10% discount when one or more brothers or sisters from the same family are enrolled at the Scrilli School.

In order for the Scrilli School to meet its own financial obligations, we require the prompt payment of all fees and tuition. If a tuition payment is more than two weeks past due, your child will not be allowed to attend school until payment is made in full. If a payment is past due for more than one month, we will be forced to remove your child from regular placement and turn your account over to a collection agency.


Registration Fee

New Student Fee: A non-refundable registration and activity fee of $150.00 is required for each NEW student at the beginning of the school year.
Returning Student Fee: A $100.00 deposit is required for each student to guarantee placement for the up-coming year

 

Withdrawal of a Student

A written 14 day notice is required prior to withdrawing a child from the Scrilli School. The penalty for withdrawing a student before giving a 14 day notice is $250.00
